Prioritization of Services

WIA regulations require that the below list of groups receive prioritization of services. Services are contingent on funds available and documented qualifications.

  1. Veterans & Eligible Spouses who are Economically Disadvantaged Adults
  2. Economically Disadvantaged Adults
  3. Veterans seeking Intensive & Training Services
  4. Older Workers (55 and older)
  5. Underemployed Workers in Groups 1-4

The Orange County One-Stop Centers are part of the Orange County One-Stop System and are funded by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). One Stop services are free.
Through the collaborative efforts of federal, state, county, local agencies, and business, the Orange County One-Stop Centers are designed to meet the needs of the employer and job seeker. These Centers provide a more coordinated, customer-friendly, locally driven workforce development system.
    Center Hours

    Westminster One-Stop

    Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri:   8 am to 5 pm

    Thursday:   8 am to 7 pm

    Saturday:   8 am to 12 pm

     

    Irvine One-Stop

    Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri:   8 am to 5 pm

    Wednesday:   8 am to 7 pm

    Saturday:   8 am to 12 pm

     

    Satellite - Buena Park

    Monday - Friday:   8 am to 5 pm

     

    Satellite - San Juan Capistrano

    The San Juan Capistrano One Stop Center is closed. Please visit your nearest One Stop Center in Orange County; or you may use the Service Locator to find other locations. www.servicelocator.org
