In collaboration with federal, state, county, and local agencies, the Orange County One-Stop Centers are available to anyone seeking employment or making a career change, including: the general public; low-income residents; laid off workers; long-term unemployed; youth (ages 14-21); older workers (55+); persons with disabilities; and veterans.
