Services: "GAPP Program: Housing Assistance and Support Services. Several different types of housing assistance depending on the type of funding available. Primarily for families with children. Assistance ranges from move-in costs to rental assistance. SARP Program: drug and alcohol services including housing assistance and support services for homeless and very low income individuals. Street Services: food, hygiene kits, blankets and warm clothing is delivered from the SPIN van to the working poor and homeless living on the streets of Orange County. There are 3 regular stops. Food is also taken to Laguna Beach.
