ELECTRONIC INTAKE
The Orange County One-Stop Center uses an electronic intake system. It provides a free email account and by inputting your information just once it creates the individual resumes that each website such as Monster.com, Career Builder, etc requires. The GadBall system can provide you with a job search agent, increasing your notification of job openings. It’s available 24 hours a day from any location with Internet access. CalJOBS
The State Employment Development Department CalJOBS is an Internet-based job opening and resume listing system that allows you to reach a variety of California employers at one time. It is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed from any location with Internet access. For more information you may select the following link. http://www.caljobs.ca.gov/
If you decide to visit one of the Orange County One-Stop locations you will be required to complete our Electronic Intake System and register for CalJOBS. When this process is completed you will have access to computers with Internet, fax machines, copiers and telephones, a career resource library, career planning, job search workshops and coaching, networking opportunities, assistance in identifying marketable skills and training referrals.
