Orange County Workforce Development Board, in partnership with the County of Orange, is pleased to offer a new hiring initiative with CRST, The Transportation Solution Inc. Through this initiative, job seekers have access to career opportunities with CRST and career services offered through the Orange County One Stop Center (OC One Stop), such as:

 

  • Earn between $60K and $72K in your second year with CRST

  • CRST offers excellent benefits and career pathways leading to economic self-sufficiency

  • OC One Stop offers free workshops on resume writing, interviewing techniques and 21st century career skills; 

  • Free access to technology through the One Stop Resource Room such as computers, internet, telephone, copier, fax machines, labor market information and much more;   

  • Free access to private space to attend your interview with CRST

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to speak, read & write English at 70%

Must have had a drivers license for at least 18 months in the past 3 years

DUI

In the past 5 years, no DUI or reckless/careless driving

No single driving suspension lasting more than 12 months in the past 3 years, & maximum 18 months total suspension time in the past 3 years

No rear-end accidents in the past 3 years with $2k in damages or more

HOW TO APPLY

How to Apply
  1. Fill out the interest form below with your first and last name, email, and phone number

  2. Click 'Submit'

  3. You will be sent an invitation to a zoom link to attend a mandatory presentation by CRST, The Transportation Solution Inc.

  4. Attend employer presentation

  5. After the employer presentation you will be invited to apply for open positions.  If selected you will receive an appointment for an interview at the One-Stop center.
