Technician Development
2-year Training Pathway to SUCCESS
PDI and Tire Trainee
(Level 1)

PDI Trainee
-
Qualifications: Entry level, MB Drive, MB Elite, Community college.

Projected compensation: $16 per hour, with biannual reviews.

Tire Team Trainee
-
Qualifications: Entry level, MB Drive, MB Elite, Community college.

Projected compensation: $16 per hour, w/biannual reviews.

Express Service Trainee
(Level 2)

Express Trainee
-
Qualifications: Entry level, MB Drive, MB Elite, Community college.

Additional training: PDI and Tire.
-
Projected compensation: $16.50 Per hour Per hour, w/biannual reviews.

Used Car Trainee or Express Lead Technician
(Level 3)

Used Car Trainee
-
Qualifications: Min. 6 months experience Express Service.

Projected compensation: $17 Per hour, with biannual reviews.

After Used Car Training is complete the technician becomes an Express Service Lead Technician or CDT Trainee.

CDT Trainee
(Level 4)

CDT Technician Trainee
-
Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience in Used Car and Express service.

Projected compensation: $18 Per hour, with biannual reviews.

After CDT training is complete the technician becomes an Express Service Lead Technician or Mentored Technician.

Mentored Entry Level Line Tech
(Level 5)

Number of technicians:
-
Min 2-3 years’ experience in Express Service, Used Car Team, CDT Team or Express lead technician.

Entry Level Technician compensation:
-
$19 Per hour then moves to current minimum flag rate.
-
Training time could be as little as 1-year for someone with 4+ years of military vehicle repair experience.
Earn a minimum of $28 per hour upon completion of training and promotion.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

At least two years vehicle or aviation repair and maintenance experience

Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to pass a drug and background check
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE or MIL series) certification a plus
