Orange County Virtual Job Fair: Businesses

In an effort to connect our business community to job seekers, The Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) in partnership with Orange County Community Services, Orange County One-Stop Center, Santa Ana Work Center, Anaheim Workforce Development and our community sponsors would like to invite you to participate in a virtual job fair on 

Thursday, October 15, 2020

10:00 AM until 2:00 PM

The Orange County Virtual Job Fair will be widely promoted throughout the Orange County region utilizing media outlets, social media platforms as well as direct outreach to job seekers.  The Virtual Job Fair will be free of charge and open to the public.  This ensures ample attendance by a diverse group of job seekers with a wide variety of skill levels and professional backgrounds.


The Virtual Job Fair is designed for employers to recruit qualified candidates for paid employment opportunities.

 
There is no cost to you to participate, and request commitment to the following:

  • Promote the virtual job fair on your company social media platforms

  • Grant permission to for use of your company logo on all Job Fair related materials

  • Participate in a demo session and view your virtual platform prior to the virtual job fair

  • Your company must be recruiting to fill at least one paid full time or part time position within your organization (No 1099 type jobs)Third-Party recruiters are not permitted to participate in the Virtual Job Fair, unless they are recruiting for their organization and not for other clients

  • Must have internet access and functioning camera for face-to-face online interaction


To attend you must register with the Orange County One-Stop Center linked below, setup an employer page and either add a link to the available job your company current must fill or upload each job descriptions.  Posting your jobs allows promoting the opportunities throughout the Orange County Region and directly to job seekers.  It also allows job seekers to prepare their resumes and apply for open positions prior to the Virtual Job Fair.
