TED Talks offers a clearinghouse of free knowledge from the world's most inspired thinkers and a community of curious souls to engage with ideas and each other, both online and at TED and TEDx events around the world, all year long.

 

A TED talk is a video created from a presentation at the main TEDconference or one of its many satellite events around the world. TED talks are limited to a maximum length of 18 minutes and are on many topics. TED Talk’s goal is to inform and educate global audiences in an accessible way.

 

Scientists, researchers, technologists, business leaders, and other world experts take to the TED stage to present “Ideas Worth Spreading”, valuable new knowledge and innovative research in their fields. These TED talks are filmed at our flagship TED conferences, independent TEDx events, partner events and salons held in our NYC World Theater.
