VETERAN PEER SUPPORT &
Free for Orange County Veterans of all branches and ages, regardless of discharge status.
U.S.VETS has expanded its services in Orange County to provide peer support and outreach to veterans experiencing social isolation.
The Peer Support & Outreach team members are here to support veterans in the following areas:
Social Engagement Sessions
Linkage to Resources, including mental health, case management, employment, and women’s programs
Suicide Risk Assessment
Virtual Mental Health Seminars
Technical Assistance with Accessing Virtual Platforms
Funded by the Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA), Behavioral Health Services, Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act
