Overview
The goal of Ready S.E.T. OC is to assist youth in making a successful transition to either unsubsidized employment, post-secondary education, military or apprenticeship/ trade placement to ensure self-sufficiency and a long-term positive employment outlook. Ready S.E.T. OC is designed using effective practices, accountability for youth success, and requires the participants to make a clear contribution to their overall education or employment goals.
